We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our J&T Express team in Singapore Office. 

 

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the revenue generation of the assigned sales portfolio. You will be expected to develop, service, retain our existing customers as well as acquire new business opportunities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing customers and potential customers via 'face to face' sales visits or conference calls
  • Obtain and conversion of qualified leads into customers for new business
  • Build a strong relationship with customers. Identify customer's needs and develop value propositions to meet those needs;
  • Work and liaise closely with relevant departments to ensure that customer’s queries, problems or issues are dealt with appropriately
  • Weekly Sales Pipeline reports to Management
  • Analyse and monitor customer data to measure success and identify fluctuations/trends, so as to decide on relevant follow up actions

 

Requirements:

  • Preferably Diploma/degree in Business (or related discipline) or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of Sales experience. Experience in eCommerce logistics solutions or eCommerce company would be advantageous
  • Strong communicator and negotiator (in written & spoken English) with excellent presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, strong team player and results oriented
  • Strong individual who can work independently and within a team to deliver results
  • Able to maintain effective performance under pressure

We are seeking a highly driven and motivated Customer Care Manager to plan, drive and achieve a high standard of customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Train and manage a team of Customer Care Executives and daily ensure that the operations are running smoothly
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the time limits
  • Report to Head of Operations and resolve any complex customers issues and needs
  • Maintain and deliver top-quality customer service to our clients
  • Provide delivering status of the parcels and ensuring all instructions have been clearly assigned to the drivers
  • Prepare management report and data compilation or related reports
  • Implementing a customer experience improvement program
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Management/Logistics/Hospitality
  • At least 4-5 years of relevant experience
  • Good leadership skill
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (to liaise with our Chinese speaking clients and counterparts)

**5.5 days work week alternate Saturday

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely delivery of goods to the customers and goods collections from Senders
  • To assist in the receiving, picking and loading and unloading of goods
  • Receiving and verifying of goods
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Other warehouse duties as assigned

 

Requirements

  • Must possess a positive and professional attitude
  • At least 2 years of Class 3 driving licence
  • Willing to work extra hour when needed
  • Physically fit

Perform Ecommerce Backend Operation

  • Onboarding of brands and setting up online stores on various online sales channels
  • Management of e-commerce store, e-marketplaces and other online assets
  • Localise product information to meet local consumer shopping preferences and regulatory requirements
  • Plan, execute and coordinate marketplace sales campaigns and major events
  • Coordinate with fulfilment team to ensure smooth delivery of orders
  • Provide weekly performance update and reporting
  • Analyse sales patterns and strategize to increase MoM/ YoY performance
  • Additional duties as assigned

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead management, planning and execution of both short and long-term business and marketing initiatives to drive growth for new customer acquisition in Singapore.

You will be working with a cross-functional team in Singapore and regional offices to strategize, plan and execute marketing events or account-based marketing campaigns.

JOB SCOPE:

  • Full ownership for conceptualisation, development and execution of campaigns to drive brand awareness for J&T Express and with a key focus to increase new customer acquisition and customer success through promotions and campaigns
  • Work closely with multiple teams in Singapore and regional offices to develop creative online and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor trends on social media, e-commerce, digital marketing and technology to optimise campaigns
  • Maintain a close relationship with partners from marketplaces and brands owners

QUALIFICATIONS | EXPERIENCE | ATTRIBUTES

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing
  • Min. Degree in Mass Communication, Digital Marketing or related field
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong business acumen with critical thinking skills, hands-on execution and problem-solving
  • Able to work independently, a result-oriented go-getter who enjoys taking on challenging tasks
  • Experience in digital marketing using social media channels

Job Description

  • To assist in issuing and receiving of parcels to the drivers.
  • To locate urgent parcels as and when required and updating of records.
  • Storing of parcels into the specific individual cage
  • To ensure and maintain proper housekeeping at all times.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisors or operation managers.
  • Able to work independently or in a team

 

Requirements

  • 1-year experience in the relevant field.
  • Able to converse well in English / Mandarin and or Malay Language.
  • Able to carry heavy & bulk loads.
  • Responsible & tactful candidate.
  • Able to work overtime if required
  • Night shift (9pm to 6am)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in in daily logistics movement within warehouse and shipping areas
  • To pick, check, pack the orders as per the picking ticket
  • Carry out a stock take and ensure scanning accuracy
  • Perform 5S, maintain a safe working environment and ensure equipment are kept up to performance standard
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and practices
  • Perform all other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor/management
