Step 1.

Fast Registration

Create an account with a phone number and email address.

Congratulations! You are now all set and good to go after the verification code.

Note: Both email and phone will receive a verification code.

Estimated Price

Check the estimated price before shipping, based on the actual weight.

*The APP is now open to parcel that weighs up to 30KG for both domestic and international.

Step 2.

Place an order

Key in the shipping information, choose the pickup date and time and submit the order.

When booking the order by the cut-off time* (Mon-Fri: 2 pm; Sat: 11 am), same day pickup is available.

Order Submission

Pickup Accepted

A tracking number will be generated after the order is submitted successfully.

Attach the tracking number on the parcel. Refer to the Packaging Guideline (in-APP) when you pack your parcel.

Collection & Payment

Payment will be deducted once the drivers successfully collect the item. For payment via PAYNOW, the shipping fee is deducted upon order creation.

Track your parcel in real-time with the J&T APP.

Your recipients will receive an SMS notification during the delivery phase. All parcels come with complimentary delivery attempts for up to 3 times.

FAQ

1. HOW DOES J&T APP CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?

1-3 Days Domestic Delivery

Parcels are charged based on the weight range. Max weight is 30Kg and dimension (Length + Breadth + Height) cm should not exceed 300cm, with the greatest dimension not exceeding 150cm on one side.
2. WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?

Online Payment

Instant electronic fund transfer from your phone (Visa, Mastercard, etc). Please note that the payment will be successfully deducted upon our drivers’ collection
3. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR J&T EXPRESS TO DELIVER A PARCEL?

J&T Express conducts deliveries from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 10 pm and Saturday, from 9 am to 1 pm.

The domestic delivery time range is 1 to 3 working days.
4. HOW DO I CHECK ON MY PARCEL STATUS?

You may track your parcel on the J&T APP, or by visiting the tracking page on our website.
5. WHERE CAN J&T EXPRESS DELIVER TO VIA THE APP?

J&T Express App delivers domestically and internationally. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for a list of restricted area postal codes.
6. WHAT SHOULD YOUR RECIPIENT DO IF THEY RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM.
Your recipient may contact us at appsupport@jtexpress.sg with the following information:
- Tracking Number
- Recipient's Name
- Registered Contact Number
- Description of goods
- Attach the image of the damaged goods and packaging.
7. WHAT SHOULD YOUR RECIPIENT DO WHEN THEY DID NOT RECEIVE THE PARCEL.
Your recipient may contact us at appsupport@jtexpress.sg with the following information:

3. HOW CAN I CANCEL MY PICK UP SERVICE?
- If the parcel has yet to be collected, you may cancel the pickup order via the APP.
- If the parcel has been collected, please contact our customer service at 6916 3899. Additional charges may apply for returning the parcel to you.
4. WHAT CAN I SEND WITH J&T EXPRESS APP?

You may refer to our Shipping Guideline Details here.
5. WHAT IF I HAVE ACCIDENTALLY PUT THE WRONG RECIPIENT ADDRESS?
- If the parcel has yet to be collected
You may cancel the order and resubmit a new order.
- If the parcel has been collected
You may contact our customer service at 6916 3899 to request a halt in delivery and return the parcel back to you. Additional charges may apply.
6. HOW CAN I POSTPONE THE SHIPMENT DELIVERY DATE?

You may contact our customer service at appsupport@jtexpress.sg or 6916 3899 to request a change of date.
7. I HAVE CREATED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL THE DRIVER COME?

Our collection timing is from 9 am – 6 pm (Monday – Friday), and 9 am – 1 pm (Saturday). The cut-off time is 2 pm (Monday – Friday), and 11 am (Saturday). If you submitted the order by the cut-off time, our driver will collect it on the same day or latest by the next working day.
