      Prohibited Items

      Delivery will not available for the items listed below:

      1. Items that exceed 30kg and/ or 150cm on one side.
      2. Items that exceed the sum of dimension (L + W + H) of 300cm
      3. Credit cards or ATM cards.
      4. Human, animal remains and religious artifacts.
      5. Firearms or swords.
      6. Living things.
      7. Poisonous and toxic substances.

      8. Examination certificates, passports and insurance documents which cannot be reproduced.

      9. Written drafts, original films, tapes and film material which cannot be reproduced.
      10. Flammable, ignitable or volatile items such as fireworks, kerosene, gas canisters or paint thinner.
      11. Cash, cheques, bills, stocks, other marketable securities and any restricted or illegal substances.
      12. Temperature-sensitive items which requires it to be stored in a controlled environment.
