  • How does J&T Express charge?

    Domestic Delivery
    Parcels are charged based on the weight-range of S, M, L, XL.

    International Delivery
    Parcels are charged based on volumetric; weight vs dimension, whichever is higher.

  • What are the payment methods?

    Prepayment
    Conduct a deposit to your account. Charges from parcel deliveries will be deducted automatically from the balance of the account.

    Postpaid
    Monthly payment based on credit terms.

    Parcels with improper packaging may be refused during the collection. Ensure that your parcels are packed properly with this guide.

My Parcel is Delivered but..

  • I received damaged items

    Fill up the following form with

    1. Tracking Number
    2. Registered Contact Number
    3. Description of goods
  • There are missing/ incorrect items

    Kindly contact the shop that you’ve purchased it from.

  • I did not receive my parcel

    Kindly ensure that no-one else from your premise has received your parcel on your behalf before filling  up the following form with

    1. Tracking Number
    2. Registered Contact Number
    3. Full Address
