J&T Express has yet to provide a time-definite delivery service. Delivery attempts will be conducted before 10 pm with various deciding factors such as the route and volume of our assigned driver. Successful deliveries are heavily dependent on whether there is someone around to receive the parcel. Alternatively, our drivers may be instructed to leave the shipment in a safe location by utilising the OTP code sent via SMS upon contacted by our driver.

Upon selecting 'Self Collection' via marketplaces such as Lazada or Shopee, or the brand's website on check out, the location is as follow:
5 Tampines North Drive 5, Reboonz Building, Level 5
Mondays- Fridays: 1000-2200. Saturdays: 1000-1700

J&T Express provides 2 delivery attempts from Monday to Sunday. If the delivery fails on the second attempt, the parcel will be sent back to the seller.
